Jac Mansour Biography

Even though it’s pronounced “Jack,” he tells people that being born in the rough-and-tumble city of Pontiac, Michigan, his parents couldn’t afford the “k.” Jac is a highly accomplished creative storytelling brand builder with deep experience growing both automotive and diversified companies. He has held executive-level positions at multiple agencies and has helped clients increase sales and grow their brands. After getting a crash course in diplomacy in the traffic department of Doner, Jac quickly rose through the ranks of the creative department, writing award-winning work for numerous accounts, including Six Flags, US Cellular, and ADT.

He then jumped into the automotive world face first, helping win the Mazda national account by writing and producing several commercials in the Mazda “Zoom Zoom” campaign. His spots were even featured in Adweek’s Agency of the Year. At Team Detroit, Jac continued to create work that not only got talked about but also drove up sales. From creating content for a national partnership with Toby Keith to producing commercials for the animated Denis Leary-driven truck campaign, it all helped to keep the Ford F-Series the number 1 selling vehicle in the country.

In 2013, there was an opportunity to lead the creative department of a fast-growing agency in Chicago, Pinnacle Advertising. Jac hit the ground running and quickly helped turn the agency from a local auto dealer-driven company into a regional powerhouse, winning multiple Honda accounts throughout the country. He also helped turn WeatherTech into the national household brand name that it is today. Overseeing commercials for 12 Super Bowls, the ads broke through with year-over-year double-digit sales increases, and in 2022 scored the #1 Super Bowl Ad in the Harris Poll for brand equity lift. System1 ranked the 2025 Super Bowl ad as the 6th most effective spot over the last 5 years, it was elected to the 2020-2025 Ad Hall of Fame.

Although Jac has won numerous national awards, helped dozens of clients reach and surpass their goals, and mentored countless writers, designers, and art directors, his real pride and joy is raising two kids and helping them find their way in this big, ever-changing world. When he’s not working, Jac pretends to be a runner, competing in multiple 5K races throughout the year, and continues his never-ending quest of creating the perfect pizza.
